Karishma spent several years leading the Partnerships team at PopSockets & launching culture-based marketing initiatives focused on expanding the brand’s audience, driving renewed awareness & building brand equity.

The vision was to grow the brand & business by enhancing PopSockets’ identity beyond function, developing the soul of the brand & re-introducing it to a wider audience.     Developed & launched collaborations with glaive, mxmtoon, OGBFF, Pokemon, Harry Potter, The Revels Group, Secret Walls, HypeBeast and more.

    Executed 40+ campaigns with creators such as Bella Poarch, Devon Rodriguez, Hallie Tut, Jack Pembrook, Kat Stickler, Leenda Dong, Nava Rose, Micah Cow, Millan Matthew & Zack Lugo.

    Launched a TikTok mini-series called “Mirror "Mirror” that drove over 14M+ views in a 6 week period.
