Over the last decade, Karishma has worked closely with brands & talent across various disciplines to architect & execute multi-tiered strategies that have secured global attention & driven cultural conversations across all forms of media.
She spent nearly 5 years at Creative Artists Agency, as part of the Commercial Endorsements team looking after top tier talent including Eddie Redmayne, George Clooney, Jared Leto, Jerry Seinfeld, Julia Roberts, Katy Perry, Kerry Washington & Margot Robbie. There she procured & serviced multi-year strategic partnership opportunities with brands such as Acura, Calvin Klein, Chanel, Gucci, Lancome, Nespresso, Neutrogena & Prada.
She has worked with a variety of global brands including All Birds, Aritzia, Beautycounter, Disney, J. Crew, LOFT, Lou & Grey, Madewell, Rothy’s, PopSockets & What Goes Around Comes Around to design & implement programs that drive cultural connections, audience engagement & business impact. Her portfolio of work includes casting, curating & producing advertising campaigns, product collaborations, activations, events & sponsorships.
